Recruitment, a significant risk of abusive work – journal of the ANDRH

“The recruitment process is a key, often overlooked, issue in the prevention of abusive and forced labour. Not only in supply chains, but also in French companies, which are also exposed. HR departments have a decisive role to play in ensuring that workers’ rights are respected starting with the hiring process.”

Estelle Eeckeman, Head of Awareness and Training at RHSF, speaks in the journal of the National Association of Human Resources Directors (ANDRH). As part of the European MiraGE project and its cycle of webinars on the recruitment of foreign workers, the two organisations are working in partnership to raise awareness on the risks of abusive work among human resources professionals.
