More and more consumers are becoming aware of the abuses of the food system: hunger, agricultural models that ruin the planetand damage human health, poverty of farmers, child labour, forced labour even on French farms…
But are we powerless in the face of all these observations? No! Solutions exist, fortunately, and consumers have a role to play. So let’s investigate what we can do for responsible food!
