Risk management in CSR in supply chains is a key issue for many sectors and many companies, whether they are principals or suppliers.
The French law on the duty of vigilance (2017) requires a vigilance plan that includes suppliers and subcontractors, with risk prevention and mitigation measures as a prerequisite :
“1° A risk map for identifying, analysing and prioritising risks;
2° Procedures for the regular assessment of the situation of subsidiaries, subcontractors or suppliers with whom an established business relationship is maintained, with regard to risk mapping. “
This webinar will explain how corporate clients can use these two elements of the law as drivers for respecting human rights in their supply chains and controlling their CSR risks.
